In 2007/08 as part of our school project we made a garden at the back of our school. There was nothing there except grass, so we decided to brighten it up. The whole school decided to make a sculpture to sit on or around. We were very lucky to have had an artist come to help us, called Julie Forrester. She thought it would be a good idea if we could make a tile that represents Vinegar Hill, which is located behind our school. First we drew our picture then we divided it into four parts and carved out our design on the clay. When we were finished we painted and glazed them. It was very hard work but it was all worth it. When the tiles were finished we stuck them on to the sculpture to complete the design.
