Now the questions started to get a little bit more personal. We asked which is used more in people’s homes, the shower or the bath. Only 13% of people seem to use the bath more. That’s good to see.
Our research shows that having a shower instead of a bath uses only one fifth of the energy. You also use 70% less water than a bath. All this equals saving money.
The personal questions continued, when we asked how long people spend in the shower? The results were evenly varied, as you can see.
Although having a shower saves energy and water, spending too much time in the shower uses the same water and energy as a bath!
