As part of our green school application for this year we have decided to focus on stamps and how they can help Irish bogs. We are helping the “Irish Peatland Conservation Council” to turn used stamps into money. This money will help to save Irish bogs. The stamps that we collect will be sold in IPCC’s Enviro Shop and sold in bulk to stamp dealers. The money received from buyers will benefit the bogs throughout Ireland and also keep us warm during the winter months! Each class on our corridor will be helping us with our stamp collection throughout the winter months.
