We in St. Senan’s Primary School are proud of the tradition of music and concerts in our school since it opened in 1978. We are glad that our school hall will once again echo to the sound of song and music, following its refurbishment.
A sincere thank you is due to many people who assisted us in producing this show-from the invaluable sponsors, whom I would ask you to support where possible, to the army of backstage assistants, from technical personnel to costume makers, artists who created the sets and especially to the teachers pupils and parents.

A stroll through the corridors of St. Senan’s school will give you a glimpse of the tradition of music, art and crafts in this place of education. A very important part of our tradition was the school concert. From old photographs you can sense the fun and enjoyment these concerts provided. Due to lack of space and the recent renovations, these productions were put on hold. Such was the commitment, that even when we had no stage, talents were harvested and productions were staged outdoors for the celebration of our Green Flag Day and the Official Opening of our new extension.
The stage was set for two superb shows, Alice the Musical and First Kids in Space. This show with its colour and activity echoes wonderful joy. Absolutely everybody – from the youngest to the oldest – was involved in no small way in these shows. They wre a treat for all, a feast of fun and frolics; while at the same time keeping to the school’s Green philosophy using recycled costumes and props where possible.
